They are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Jr. Operations Analyst to support their clients during the college admissions process. The role involves administrative support, collaboration with team members, and process improvement to ensure smooth operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support that keeps internal meetings, action items, and key deliverables running on scheduleMaintain accurate data on all records, trackers, and documentation in Google Workspace, Monday.com, and other project management toolsCoordinate and monitor internal check-ins and key project milestones to ensure clear ownership, defined timelines, and consistent follow-throughPrepare, organize, and update relevant files, templates, and documents for the teamβs reference and daily useMonitor the progress of action items, tasks, deadlines, and general deliverables through project management toolsSend targeted reminders and follow-ups, flagging delays or bottlenecks to the appropriate team membersUphold clear internal turnaround times for action items and deliverables across the division to ensure consistent executionEnsure clear and consistent communication between members of the College Division and, when appropriate, other divisions of the companySupport management and leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks that align the team around shared priorities and timelinesDocument and relay important updates and decisions in a clear, professional manner to relevant team membersUphold established processes and standards meticulously while also identifying areas to improve and innovating solutionsMaintain internal databases, templates, and operational documentation to ensure consistency and ease of useExecute with data entry, basic data presentation, and report preparation to supportSkillsBachelor's degree from any Top University in the PhilippinesExceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and lexiconAbility to manage and monitor deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environmentHigh level of flexibility and professionalism when coordinating with team membersStrong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing solutionsStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising qualityDemonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other collaborative platformsProficient in navigating web-based business tools such as Gmail, Slack, Monday.com, and similar communication or project management systems to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharingExperience in working successfully within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging the diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge of colleagues to achieve shared objectivesDemonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, contributing to group problem-solving and project executionDegree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or other related fields is preferred but not requiredPrior experience in administrative or executive assistant roles is highly preferred but not requiredProficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com is highly preferred but not requiredExperience in education consulting or college admissions is preferred but not requiredExperience working PST hours is preferred but not requiredBenefitsBi-weekly payoutsProbationary period to acclimate to the night shift and the industryExtensive training in a niche industryOpportunities for career growth and salary increase after performance reviewsOpportunities to work on projects with other divisions when looking to expand skillsetHigh-performing employees are considered for company retreatsCompany OverviewOur philosophy emphasizes helping kids thrive in and out of the classroom.
