Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
Provide information on Delta’s services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Handle customer requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
