As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the effort in delivering high quality candidates for Systems hiring needs. You will be responsible for advancing the Systems brand across numerous markets in professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through BAE Systems selection process. The successful candidate will: Perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the entire Systems community. You will have the opportunity to exercise a wide degree of creativity in generating new candidate leads, influence the near and long-term recruiting vision and increase your business acumen. Responsibilities Meet with hiring managers to complete intake meetings to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills to ensure timely hiring and robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry Partner with sourcing team members to develop additional candidates via new sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles Required Skill Set : BS and 6 years + experience or equivalent experience • Experience in full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management • Expertise to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location level • Skilled at partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations • Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system Seeking a candidate with full life cycle experience, with attention to detail and open to multiple lines of communication with hiring managers and candidates. Seeking a Specialist with experience handling different types of positions to include Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Engineering and Supply Chain in a DOD environment. Experience working in a remote environment working with hiring managers in several time zones. Desired Skills Set : Familiarity with Kenexa applicant tracking system • Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship (CRM) • Familiarity with Paradox Education Qualification : BS and 6 years experience or equivalent experience Apply tot his job
