Job Title : Oracle Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) Consultant Location : REMOTE Type : Contract / Full-time Overview : Seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle SPM and VIC modules for a direct banking client ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud Fusion and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities : • Gather and document functional requirements for Oracle SPM and VIC modules. • Lead Critical Review Processes (CRP) to validate business objectives. • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT). • Implement Oracle SPM and VIC modules while adhering to best practices. • Manage integrations with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Financials and Salesforce. • Provide end-user training and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). Requirements : • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. • Functional expertise in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM). • Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Oracle VIC implementations. • Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and Financials. • Familiarity with Salesforce and third-party application integrations. • Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
