Answer Rate Tester Responsibilities
As an answer rate tester, you'll play a key role in gathering essential data to help us improve call performance. There are two ways you will be contributing:
? Batch Testing ? You'll trigger calls to your own mobile device based on an assigned spreadsheet list of numbers and log your results. No talking is required'just data collection.
? On-Demand Testing ? You'll receive incoming calls and follow a simple process to report back on key details. No talking is required'just data collection.
Pay and Benefits
? Earn up to $50-$100 per week depending on call volume
? Flexible and quick'each call takes less than a minute
? No experience required
? Part time W-2 position with no benefits except where required by law
Qualified Candidates Should Be:
? Reliable and consistent ? we depend on you to follow through on assignments and communicate clearly.
? Responsive - able to reply to messages via Slack and email by the next business day.
? Comfortable using basic tools like email, Slack, and mobile apps (or willing to learn quickly).
? Detail- oriented- small errors can affect testing results, so attention to detail is important
? Self- motivated and disciplined - able to manage your own schedule within given deadlines and minimal supervision
