[Remote] Java Developer Remote Role (Senior profiles Only)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications. The role focuses on building and deploying microservices while collaborating with various teams to implement cloud solutions and ensure high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on scalability and performance
ā¢ Build and deploy microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud services
ā¢ Develop and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and related services
ā¢ Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
ā¢ Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and product teams to design cloud solutions following AWS best practices
ā¢ Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; ensure high-quality delivery through unit and integration testing
ā¢ Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and other monitoring tools
ā¢ Contribute to application modernization initiatives, including containerization using Docker and orchestration with EKS/ECS
ā¢ Ensure proper security implementation using IAM, KMS, security groups, and encryption policies
ā¢ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team
