[Remote] ITSM Administrator/ Freshservice

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator to lead the configuration, automation, and operations of its Freshservice platform. This role involves collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to refine workflows and implement ITIL-aligned processes, driving continuous improvement through automation and data accuracy. Responsibilities • Hands-On Engineering: 70% • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30% Skills • 2–4 years of experience in IT service management or IT platform administration, including 1+ years of direct work with Freshservice • Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and practical experience configuring workflows, automations, and service catalogs • Experience supporting integrations with third-party tools such as Jira, Microsoft 365, or Entra • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States on a full-time basis now and in the future • Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and workflow automation in Freshservice • Understanding of IT asset and inventory management best practices within an ITSM platform • Basic scripting proficiency (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) for platform automation and reporting Company Overview • Motion Recruitment, a Kelly Company, delivers IT Talent Solutions for Contract, Direct Hire, Managed Solutions and Statement of Work to all of North America from our 21 delivery centers.
