About the Role:
Build strong relationships with our Warehouse Operations team to understand their workflows and provide tailored technical support
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including Windows server, network, and warehouse equipment problems
Manage tickets on ServiceNow to ensure timely updates and resolutions for our end-users
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to resolve high-impact incidents and drive continuous improvement
Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to enhance business efficiency
Maintain policies, procedures, and processes to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP issues
2+ years of experience with network devices, VoIP, VPN, and Cisco/Aruba networking
Experience with software imaging using SCCM and technical documentation
Strong client service and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and communicate effectively
A+, Network+, or other IT industry standard certifications are a plus
Scripting skills, specifically with Powershell, VBScript, or PHP, are an asset
