We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote IT Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote IT Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional... technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware products, and provide guidance and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat *Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products *Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system *Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues *Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training *Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT customer service or technical support *Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking *Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills *Ability to work independently in a remote environment *High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Work Environment:
Remote work from anywhere in the USA *Flexible scheduling with some evening and weekend work required *Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required
