[Remote] IT Client Support High Volume Call Center

The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair for end user systems in a 24/7 call center environment. Responsibilities • Provide technical support to the end user • Access all available support tools and staff to resolve issues • Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair for end user systems • Collect information through constructive customer conversation Skills • Experience with call center techniques & competency in call center tracking tools • Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software • Position required high speed internet 60 MB Download and 10 MB Upload, No WiFi • Proficiency in using support software tools highly preferred • Mobile device support & Apple product support experience highly preferred • Understanding of Healthcare technology industry preferred • General desktop, basic network troubleshooting and support experience highly preferred • CompTia certification helpful Benefits • Comprehensive medical coverage that covers many common services at no cost or for a low copay.
