Deal Evaluation & Risk Assessment • Analyze real-time listing feeds and off-market property data to support acquisition strategies. • Assess risk factors including vacancy rates, maintenance costs, and regional legislation. • Integrate third-party APIs to access real-time financial data and inform investment prioritization.
