They are seeking an Integration Engineer to drive IT and AI strategy, integrating automation and machine learning into core operations to improve efficiency and scalability.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain proprietary internal applications and middleware that support operations, reporting, and data flowSupport AI workflow development using platforms like MCP, OpenAI, or internal frameworksProvide day-to-day administration and support for Kyo’s SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Genesys, Tableau) including user provisioning, basic configuration, and troubleshootingMonitor the reliability and performance of integrationsAddress issues as they ariseCollaborate with business teams and IT to define technical requirementsContribute to documentation, version control, and code maintenanceFollow established security, HIPAA, and PCI compliance requirements, reporting potential risks or incidents promptlySkills1 - 4+ years experience in integrations, automation, or developer-oriented IT rolesHands-on experience building applications using standard coding languages and leveraging tools like AI, APIs, and JSONProficiency with AI coding tools, Python, JavaScript and SQLExperience with workflow platforms or lightweight hosting environments like Railway, Vercel, Cloud Run, or serverless frameworksAWS Experience and ManagementProven experience planning, building, and maintaining AI tools for IT, and business use casesStrong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot data or connection issuesSit or stand for extended periods of time, remaining in a stationary position for up to 100% of an 8-hour workdayReach with hands and arms; use hands to type with a keyboard and handle objects (e.g. computer mouse); speak and hearMust have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper meansMust be able to read and interpret documents in the English language, such as employee handbooks, training materials and procedure manualsMust be able to receive and act on detailed information through oral communication, in the English languageCompany OverviewAt Kyo, we exist to help create a life that’s more fulfilling for our clients, for ourselves, and for each other.
