[Remote] Intake Community Supports Representative

They are seeking an Intake Community Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and efficiently process meal orders for clients.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including de-escalations to the best of your abilities with our clients placing their meal orderAddress questions, and provide exceptional customer serviceInput order information into the appropriate client order screenDocument all conversations with client into client information databaseEnsure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on fileContact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clientsWork quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushedAssisting clients with reships (after training is completed)Assist callers who inquire about the Community Supports benefit, and submit a self-referral for those who meet the criteria to submit the referralNotify clients of benefits ending soon within the 30 day time frame, and offering to assist with reauthorization when able, or explain next steps for those whose agency does not allow Mom’s Meals to initiate the requestExplain benefits including nutritional counseling requirements and possible timelines for clients awarenessSkillsHigh school degree or GED1 year of previous customer service experiencePrevious knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)Clear oral communication skillsPrevious experience with data entryMust have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic.
