[Remote] Intake Client Specialist

The Intake Client Specialist manages incoming documents to create and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy for billing and compliance purposes.ResponsibilitiesReview incoming Medical Service Authorizations and Medical paperwork to create new clients, update existing clients, and close accounts as neededCorrespond and follow up with Agency Case Managers via email, State Portal Messaging, and phone calls for action items or needed informationTroubleshoot and resolve account issues as requiredCoordinate with internal business partners including but not limited to Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and ComplianceAssist other departments for Intake-related inquiriesSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic Microsoft Office skillsPrevious Data Entry skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to problem solve issues in a timely mannerAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed in a fast paced environmentAbility to achieve high production and quality standardsAbility to work effectively in both a team and individual environmentSincerity and passion for helping peoplePrior experience adhering to company policies and showing core valuesMust have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port.
