Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or non-payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment
Initiate and follow up on claims, preparing and submitting necessary documentation to drive resolution
Maintain meticulous records, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure seamless claims processing
