Overview
Big Pine Insurance Agency is a growing independent insurance agency representing multiple insurance carriers and brokers. We have an experienced agent retiring in 2025. We are seeking to contract an Insurance Agent to manage and grow an existing book of Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health Insurance business. This is a remote commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for licensed agents or motivated individuals looking to enter the insurance industry. As an Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

• Commission-Based Pay – No salary cap; your income reflects your effort. Competitive new business commission and renewal commissions.

• Consultative Sales Approach – Insurance Producers will help educate clients on insurance coverage options available through various insurance companies and brokers. Big Pine Insurance represents multiple insurance companies to take care of your clients' insurance needs.
• Licensing Support – We are willing to help the right unlicensed candidates get licensed in P&C, Life & Health.
Responsibilities:
• Manage an existing book of business including auto, home, umbrella, business, and life insurance policies.
• Cross-sell additional insurance coverages to current clients.
• Generate new business through personal marketing and our agency’s online lead generation.
• Build strong client relationships through service and annual reviews.
Qualifications:
• Active P&C and Life & Health license preferred.
• Unlicensed candidates with strong communication skills and a desire to learn are also welcome to apply; however, candidates must get licensed before contracting with us.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
