This role involves providing academic support, personalized coaching, and supplemental instruction to learners, promoting their success in foundational education and math through various instructional methods.ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one and small-group academic support sessions via virtual platformsFacilitate courses in area of expertise when assignedProvide targeted instruction and feedback aligned with course objectives, rubrics, and learner needsProvide outreach to learners as assignedSupport learners across diverse linguistic, cultural, and neurodiverse backgrounds with empathy and inclusive strategiesDevelop and maintain engaging academic support resources, including videos, handouts, and tools that can be integrated into myNightingale or the LMSMonitor learner engagement, outreach to at-risk learners, and support academic improvement plansCollaborate with faculty and learner success teams to identify and address learner challengesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, communication, and learner progressParticipate in regular team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessionsUphold academic integrity and learner-centered best practices in all instructional interactionsContribute to the overall improvement of learner resources through innovation and collaborationParticipate in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they ariseSkillsA Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is requiredDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is requiredDemonstrated experience in higher education, preferably online educationBenefitsThe College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.Company OverviewNightingale Group contributes to closing health equity gaps by elevating education and employment systems to create a relevantly skilled, readily available nursing workforce, representative of the communities they serve.
