The Inside Sales & Training Associate serves as the primary point of contact for VA and Medical Center customers, providing account support, order processing, and relationship management while also delivering training to healthcare providers and representing the company at medical conferences.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main interface for institutional customers through phone, email, and video conferencingAct as the primary customer contact for assigned accountsConduct customer discovery and coordinate follow-up training (cold calling)Conducts and executes strategic sales to drive revenue growth and market expansionTravel on-site to provide high-quality training to healthcare providersSchedule and follow up on meetings coordinated by inside sales associatesProcess and track customer orders accuratelyWork collaboratively with Customer Service to resolve questions, issues, and complaintsUse initiative to improve personal skills and departmental processesDrive add-on and associative salesConvert prospects into active customersRepresent CEFALY Technology at trade shows and medical conferencesAdapt to evolving business needs and take on other duties as requiredGenerate new leads and maintain accurate contact information in SalesforcePerform additional duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a medical, life sciences, or related healthcare fieldMedical sales or clinical background is required, including experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales, or prior clinical experienceStrong business acumen and sound professional judgmentExcellent communication skills in written and spoken English, including grammar and professional toneProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookSolid organizational and time-management skillsExperience using a CRM system; Salesforce preferredAbility to navigate remote customer environments and facility endpointsReliable, dependable, punctual, and detail orientedHighly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSolution-oriented, accountable, and collaborativeMotivated and eager to learn; open to ongoing training and developmentDemonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasksRemote position with 75% travel required, as neededTravel to Headache Centers, VA Facilities, and other Medical OfficesThe candidate must be located near a major transportation hub for ease of travel1–3 years of inside sales experience in a medical, biotechnology, or technology field preferredExperience with VA Medical Centers is a plusEducational background or exposure to Biology, Anatomy, Neurology, or medical devices is helpful but not requiredFamiliarity with migraine treatment, clinical environments, or medical terminology is beneficialBenefitsHealth insurance (80% employer-paid)Employer-paid Dental and VisionIRA with company match (no vesting period)Paid PTOPaid company holidaysCompany OverviewCefaly Technology is a Medical Devices.
