We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
Ā Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
Ā Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
Ā Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating technical knowledge of our offerings.
Ā Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and improve sales techniques.
Ā Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and report on sales activities.
Ā Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.
Ā Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Experience
Ā Proven experience in sales or telemarketing.
Ā Proven results exceeding sales targets.
Ā Professional and clear verbal communication.
Ā Strong business development skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Ā Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions.
Ā A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to understand and meet client needs.
Ā A keen interest in market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Ā Handle 100-250 dials per day
Ā Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
Compensation:
Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have an endless earning potential and we do not cap commissions! This position pays a competitive hourly rate with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. The average annual earnings are $70,000 and the top Sales Reps earn over $100,000 annually. Base pay and commissions paid weekly. The average weekly commissions are $700!
Shift: We operate Monday through Saturday 8am-8pm. You will work 40 hours per week (Overtime may be available).
Location: This position is fully remote but you must be located in the Orlando area.
