Key Responsibilities:
Proactively hunt and prospect for new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and strong communication skills to engage potential clients and build relationships
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business prospects and stay ahead of the competition
Close sales by effectively presenting value propositions, negotiating terms, and securing contracts, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for effective pipeline management, ensuring seamless sales processes and maximum productivity
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the Freight Forwarding/International Supply Chain industry, with a strong track record of hunting and prospecting for new business
Proven ability to successfully close sales and meet or exceed revenue growth targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process and a results-driven approach
Solid experience using CRM systems and MS Office products, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and build strong relationships with clients
