Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service. Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns. Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates, collaborating with our marketing team to drive campaign success. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics, analyzing data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
