[Remote] Inside Sales Account Specialist

The Inside Sales Account Specialist will support sales operations by educating clients, maintaining relationships, and facilitating the onboarding of members' medical accounts.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely pricing proposals and agreements upon request from clientsEducate: Serve as a point of contact for all product and service inquiries related to AmetrosBuild and maintain relationships with new or established clients and assigned accounts and ensure their satisfaction throughout the entire sales processParticipate in and follow up on sales calls when necessaryCommunicate with Members to educate them on our products to help them manage their medical treatment needsFocus on conversions/Meet outlined KPIsConfigure and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all referralsTake part in sales trainings or mediations as necessaryGenerate ad hoc reports as neededIncoming and Outgoing phone calls are a requirementSkillsStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ExcelAdditional computer skills, ability to navigate programs rapidly a mustInterpersonal skills and comfort in building working relationships with co-workersAdaptability- the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, work load, or scheduleDependability- the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instruction, and responds to management directionAbility to maintain a positive attitude and patienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt communication style depending on audienceAptitude for problem-solving- the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely mannerAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA desire to continue to learn and improve both self and the organizationSales support mindset: you are comfortable overcoming objectionsDriven by both individual and team resultsMust be located on the West Coast or able to work west coast hoursBenefitsPlus a $10,000 target bonusEligible for incentive compensationCompany OverviewAmetros, the industry leader in professional administration, transforms how injured individuals manage their healthcare after a settlement.
