[Remote] Infrastructure Project Manager (NO C2C)

Prosum is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology delivery for large-scale resort development and construction projects. This role involves managing IT workstreams from planning through deployment, ensuring infrastructure is delivered seamlessly within complex programs. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure workstreams, including planning, execution, reporting, and risk management • Develop and manage integrated schedules, budgets, and dependency maps aligned to construction timelines • Lead planning and execution of IT deliverables such as requirements, testing, deployment, training, and communications • Coordinate design, permitting, and installation of Layer 1 and Layer 2 infrastructure (fiber, conduit, network drops, Wi-Fi, LTE/5G) • Act as primary liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal IT teams • Partner with Capital Development and technical SMEs to estimate budgets, track spend, and forecast costs • Drive operational handoff and adoption in collaboration with Change Management teams • Create tools and processes to improve delivery in evolving, complex environments Skills • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex business and IT initiatives • 3+ years managing IT infrastructure projects within construction or development environments • Proven experience delivering networking, cabling, outside plant, and facilities readiness for large-scale builds • Experience coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and critical infrastructure trades through SD, DD, and CD phases • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills • PMP or equivalent experience • Hospitality, resort, or mixed-use development experience • Working knowledge of construction documentation and permitting • Familiarity with Layer 1/2 networking, structured cabling, access control, BMS, Wi-Fi, and AV systems Company Overview • Prosum is an award-winning Staffing Solutions provider specializing in Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent placements in the Information Technology industry.
