The role involves acting as a liaison between business and technology, overseeing system solutions, and ensuring alignment with business goals while analyzing insurance datasets for quality issues. Responsibilities • Act as a liaison between business and technology • Oversee the systems solution and ensure that the solution aligns with business goals and processes • Analyze and assess insurance-related datasets to identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements • Develop system diagrams and data flow documentation to support analytics and reporting initiatives • Perform data wrangling and transformation tasks to prepare datasets for analysis • Document metrics definitions, table structures, and update processes • Work closely with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and usability Skills • Must have strong actuarial analyst experience working with insurance data • Proven experience in insurance analytics and data quality assessment • Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience in Snowflake • Experience in Python for data manipulation and analysis • Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including data flows and system diagrams • Strong understanding of data structures, metrics, and update processes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Company Overview • We accelerate business transformation by solving complex technology, business and talent challenges.
