[Remote] Income Journal Analyst

The Income Journal Analyst will work closely with the Income Journal team to oversee accounting operations and support Hyatt hotels, ensuring compliance with shared services accounting standards.

ā¢ Deliver Hyatt Shared Service Center (HSSC) income journal processes
ā¢ Support application re-engineering initiatives
ā¢ Consult with hotel accounting staff by providing expert advice to ensure compliance with shared services accounting standards
Skills
ā¢ 2 years Hotel Accounting experience OR 1-2 Years Hotel Shared Service Experience
ā¢ Knowledge of Shared Services and BPO operations
ā¢ Understanding of Hyatt's business and strategy
ā¢ Proficient in finance and accounting roles and responsibilities
ā¢ Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication
ā¢ Familiar with Opera, Micros systems
ā¢ Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
ā¢ Weekend availability is required
ā¢ To work remotely, you must be able to adhere to our IT requirements, including, but not limited to the following: High Speed Internet service required. Broadband technologies allowed are DSL, Cable, and Fiber-Optic. All other ISP (Internet Service Provider) technologies are not allowed, including cellular based services. Colleagues will be required to provide Hyatt with adequate certification of service from provider (upon request)

ā¢ Oracle GL experience
ā¢ 2 year College degree in Hospitality Administration, Accounting, Finance or Business
