Position Overview: Remote Inbound Travel Sales Representative

We're seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Inbound Travel Representatives. This is a fully virtual work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while representing one of the most trusted names in the travel industry.

Important Location Requirement: This position is available exclusively for candidates residing in the state of Florida or South Carolina. Candidates residing outside of these states will not be considered at this time. All new hires must be able to report physically to one of our resort locations on their first day for onboarding paperwork and must meet our work-from-home requirements as detailed below.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a subject matter expert in customer service and travel accommodations, your daily responsibilities will include:


Responding to inbound calls from excited vacation owners ready to plan their getaways
Booking comprehensive travel arrangements including car rentals, airfare, and hotel accommodations
Coordinating cruise reservations and providing detailed information about various cruise lines and itineraries
Researching and recommending local attractions, experiences, and activities at destination areas
Asking probing questions to understand owner preferences and interests
Offering additional services and upgrades to enhance each vacation experience
Utilizing reservation systems including Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan with intermediate proficiency
Maintaining accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions
Upselling travel-related products and services to maximize customer satisfaction
Resolving customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
Meeting individual performance targets while maintaining exceptional service standards


Compensation and Incentives

Competitive Base Pay: $16.50 per hour

What You'll Bring: Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Requirements


High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
Minimum six months of customer service experience
Minimum six months of sales experience
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively
Strong questioning skills to uncover customer needs and preferences
Capability to offer additional services that meet travel needs
Intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs (Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan)
Excellent multitasking abilities under pressure
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer troubleshooting abilities


Preferred Qualifications


Six months or more of professional travel industry experience
Previous experience in hospitality or tourism
Familiarity with vacation ownership products and services
Knowledge of multiple travel reservation systems
Second language proficiency is a plus


Availability Requirements


Training Period (5 weeks): 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
Post-Training Schedule: Availability to work between 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. A set schedule will be provided.
Ability to work some holidays as required by business needs


Work-From-Home Requirements

To ensure you can perform your duties effectively and maintain communication with our team, the following home office requirements must be met:


Dedicated Workspace: A quiet workplace free from distractions and background noise
Internet Connection: High-speed internet (DSL or Cable only—no WiFi, satellite, or 5G)

Minimum download speed: 20 Mbps
Minimum upload speed: 3 Mbps
Latency less than 100ms


Hardwired Connection: Must be able to hardwire your computer directly to a router (no wireless connections)
Personal Device: Must have a personal device with a working camera to be used during the first week of training until company-provided equipment arrives at your home
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently while working from home


Training and Development

Five weeks of intensive training (paid)
Product knowledge development across all vacation brands
System training on Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan reservation platforms
Customer service and sales technique workshops
Destination knowledge modules
Ongoing support and mentorship from experienced team leads
