About the Role: As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice families hear when they reach out. You’ll guide them with clarity and compassion — no cold calls or pushy tactics, just meaningful conversations that help people make one of life’s most important decisions with confidence. You’ll manage warm, inbound leads from first contact to close, helping families feel confident in their decisions and supported every step of the way. What You’ll Do: • Take warm inbound calls and convert them end-to-end using Meadow’s consultative playbook. • Guide customers through our cremation options • Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to ensure families have what they need to make confident decisions • Champion “unmatched hospitality” in every touchpoint. • Consistently meet revenue goals while maintaining high close rates and strong quality scores. • Navigate a multi-tool workflow with ease: HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our internal case management system.
