Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of CVS Specialty processes and their impact on patient journeys
Provide high-level customer service, resolving patient billing questions and concerns
Build trusting relationships with patients through empathetic and meaningful conversations
Manage difficult situations with professionalism and urgency
Accurately document interactions and follow up on patient concerns
Meet call center metrics, including call volume and quality standards
Liaise with other departments using technology to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
6 months of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections, or infusion services
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Effective written and verbal customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility with work schedule, including 8-hour shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST (Monday - Friday)
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or infusion services
1 year of experience in pharmacy billing and reimbursement
Verifiable high school diploma or GED required
