About the Role: Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving claims-related inquiries.
