Job Responsibilities
Address the needs of inbound callers to achieve first call resolution, following established call flows and guidelines
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues related to claims, provider searches, and benefits
Maintain professionalism while documenting all interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines
Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain production and adherence standards
Assist callers with various inquiries while managing potential frustrations and complaints
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Accurate keyboard skills with a demonstrated ability to enter data efficiently
