Handle diverse customer inquiries including product questions, order placement, order status checks, repair inquiries, billing and invoicing concerns, and general information requests

Mitigate customer escalations through effective decision-making, problem-solving skills, and proactive communication that turns potentially negative situations into positive outcomes

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients' brands, products, policies, procedures, and promotions to accurately and confidently assist customers

Navigate multiple systems and tools including customer relationship management (CRM) software, order management systems, inventory databases, and communication platforms

Simultaneously manage multiple tasks such as handling incoming calls, responding to emails, updating customer records, and processing data entries with accuracy and attention to detail

Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the appropriate systems, ensuring complete and accurate records for follow-up and quality assurance purposes
