They are seeking an Inbound Call Centre Sales Representative who is passionate about sales and dedicated to solving customer challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesHandling Inbound client interactions to identify and solicit potential and existing clients to promote salesRecommending the appropriate product or services by assessing clientsâ needs and resources while leveraging applicable promotionsConducting Outbound calls to follow-up on client sale and inquiries as well as consulting with clients after sale to provide support and resolve issuesProvide technical solutions to clients where products or services must be tailored to suit their needsAcquire and maintain technical knowledge of GFiber Internet solutions, IPTV and Home phone services provided through specialized trainingManage call flows, provide first call resolution, and satisfy client expectationsLeverage program tools and processes to illustrate benefits of the service and product offeringsEstimate cost of activation and maintenance to the equipment or serviceVerify and update critical customer information by accessing clientâs database and customer resource management softwareReview and compile competitorsâ activities and develop awareness of trends and potential marketsAccurately access customers information through the clientâs database to update and verify critical informationProvide ongoing technical support and resolution to any technical problems related to products and servicesMaintaining technical knowledge about products and services to explain features and benefits to clients and answer any questionsImplement sales strategies to achieve personal and business goalsConduct sales transactions through online e-commerce softwareOffer feedback to management for methods of improving performance and resultsSkillsSales experience is a must, preferred outside sales experience (field sales an asset)Excels in a target-driven environmentRelentless in chasing sales success and motivated to perform in a competitive environmentDemonstrated success in a competitive sales environmentExperience in Customer Care, Retention is an assetStrong ability to build rapport with customersAbility to use sales scripting and dynamically adjusting to prospect needsFamiliarity with servicing customers in the United States an assetExperience in telco or fiber internet sales an assetThe ability to navigate multiple computer systemsA flexible schedule (including evenings)Power outlets for both a PC and MonitorHigh Speed internet (10MB or greater)A physical space where you can fit your PC and Monitor near a router or modem that is private and free of distraction.
