Address inbound caller needs, ensuring first-call resolution and adhering to established call flows and work processes
Provide exceptional customer support, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Utilize proprietary software, dual screens, and multiple applications to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of call handling resources, completing mandated knowledge checks and documenting caller interactions
Adhere to scheduled shifts, maintaining minimum production and adherence standards
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to interact with individuals in a professional manner
Requirements:
Reliable telephonic communication and internet services (minimum 10 Mbps download and upload speed, hardwired connection)
Secure, designated workspace free from distractions
Ability to work overtime and/or flexible schedules as needed
100% attendance during 4-week training and nesting periods
Adherence to training schedules and policies
