Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a call center environment, with a strong background in customer service and call handling
Proficiency in using automatic dialers and call scripting software
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs
High school diploma or equivalent required, with basic computer skills and literacy a must
