Job Description Remote In-House Attorney Position at a Renewable Energy Corporation We are an established, successful, and growing renewable energy company seeking to hire a corporate generalist attorney with a strong project finance background. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling a variety of agreements, including development agreements and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), on both the sales and purchase sides. Renewable energy experience, including battery storage deal negotiation experience related to tolls and index storage credits, is highly desirable.
