[Remote] Identity and Access Management Product & Delivery Specialist

They are seeking an IAM Product & Delivery Specialist who will manage the execution of the IAM roadmap and ensure the delivery team meets implementation milestones while enhancing the value of their IGA platform.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary driver for the delivery teamYou are responsible for ensuring the team executes against the roadmap and hits implementation milestones on timeOwn and prioritize the IAM backlogTranslate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user storiesBridge the gap between technical system admins and business stakeholdersProactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to keep the project on trackLead the incremental improvement of IAM features, moving beyond one-off projects to an agile incremental approach to ensure a sustainable, long-term serviceAct as the primary liaison between technical integrators and business users to ensure identity workflows are both secure and user-friendlyDrive the process for integrating new SaaS applications into the IAM ecosystem, ensuring the process is efficient, repeatable, and scalableEnsure every release meets high-quality standardsPartner with stakeholders to lead rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Own the documentation, SOPs, and training materials required to ensure team continuity and operational excellenceSkills1-4 years of experience in IAM/IGA environments (Saviynt experience is a major plus)Approximately 2 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product manager role, with a proven ability to manage backlogs and prioritize work based on valuePrior experience in IT Project Management, Product Management or Business Analysis, giving you a strong grasp of driving delivery of roadmaps; assigning work, driving meetings, managing product risks and dependencies and managing stakeholdersProven experience in driving delivery using Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) would be considered a plusComfortable working with IGA tools, SSO providers, and directory servicesAbility to translate complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps and long-term solutionsA 'Make It Together' approach, helping teams grow and solving impossible challenges with energy and positivityAbility to adjust the IAM vision as the corporate ecosystem develops, ensuring the platform remains concrete and usage-basedA commitment to being 'Data Driven,' choosing analysis over anecdotes and asking hard questions to make informed decisionsYou are a clear, candid communicator who can negotiate priorities between technical teams and business leaders to find the best path forwardYou are motivated by results and have a natural ability to keep a team focused on the finish lineBenefitsLightspeed equity scheme (we are all owners)Flexible paid time off policyExtended Healthcare benefitsHealth and wellness benefit of $500 per yearPaid leave and assistance for new parentsMental health online platform and counseling & coaching servicesVolunteer dayCompany OverviewLightspeed Commerce develops a unified point of sale and payments platform for retail and hospitality businesses.
