Job Responsibilities:
System Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade IBM FileNet components, manage user accounts and permissions, monitor system performance, and perform backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Workflow Design and Management: Develop and implement custom workflows, define document properties and metadata, and manage workflow queues and performance.
Content Management: Manage document capture processes, implement document retention policies, and create and maintain search indexes for efficient content retrieval.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, investigate and resolve issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to integrate FileNet with other applications.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of IBM FileNet architecture, components, and administration tools.
Experience with workflow design and development principles.
Knowledge of database concepts and management.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Java or other related technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FileNet P8 architecture and core components.
Experience with WebSphere application server, Db2, Oracle, and SQL database servers.
Experience with system monitoring tools and DevOps configuration management.
