Key Responsibilities
• Supervise all financial functions to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
• Manage the monthly closing procedures and guarantee the accuracy of financial reports.
• Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and tax documentation.
• Analyze financial data to offer critical insights that guide our strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development and success.

Required Skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software, with Sage Intacct being a desirable asset.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred.
• CPA certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting with demonstrable success in a similar capacity.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
