Key Responsibilities
Establish and oversee QuickBooks Online accounts for multiple entities (one primary company and two affiliates).
Guarantee compliance with all accounting practices according to DCAA guidelines.
Execute routine bookkeeping duties including recording transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and tracking expenditures.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and maintain well-organized financial records.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial operations and propose improvements.
Required Skills
Demonstrable experience in bookkeeping, with a thorough understanding of DCAA regulations.
