Key Responsibilities

Ā Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Ā Ensure adherence to GAAP and other regulatory standards.
Ā Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ā Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
Ā Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.
Ā Implement and uphold internal controls to protect assets.
Ā Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory submissions.
Ā Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects for the executive team.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage, along with advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ā Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ā Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Ā Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ā Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Ā A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
