Remote Human Resources Manager – Manage Global HR Operations

Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Human Resources Manager to lead and optimize our global HR operations. In this strategic role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across international teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance with diverse labor laws, and the cultivation of a high-performing, inclusive culture. You will be working closely with leadership and regional stakeholders to build scalable, employee-centric HR frameworks that empower our workforce and support our rapid global growth.
