Learning and Development: Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement and career development
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits administration
HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a large organization
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
