Responsibilities • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules to meet business requirements. • Develop workflows, integrations, and automation for HR case management and employee lifecycle services. • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly HR solutions. • Ensure best practices, testing, and documentation for HRSD configurations and enhancements.
