Keep staff informed on updates regarding policies, labor contracts, and relevant legislation through regular meetings.
Review and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and expand learning opportunities.
Play an active role in recruitment and staff development, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
