Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCM Unlocked is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Human Resources Specialist I. This entry-level role supports multiple client companies through a fractional HR service model, providing day-to-day HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesPrioritize and manage multiple client accounts efficiently, ensuring consistency and high-qualityDeliver HR services across all client accounts; including but not limited to: General HR Administration, On/offboarding Management, Compliance Assistance, LOA, Handbook/Policy Development, Performance Management, SOP creation, etcDevelop and maintain strong client relationships and foster trust and confidence, proactive communication, and responsivenessWork closely with Project Managers, Client Relationship Managers and/or Technical Account Managers to understand client deliverables and provide regular and detailed status updates, ensuring transparency and accountabilityCollaborate with internal team members to identify opportunities for process improvementLeverage HR experience to anticipate future challenges and proactively address any issues that may arisePropose and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfactionStay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HRServe as a first point of escalation for employee relations concerns and coach managers through early-stage issuesConduct initial fact-finding for low-risk investigations and prepare summaries for HR leadershipProvide guidance to managers on progressive discipline, performance documentation, and policy interpretationSupport change management efforts during HR program rollouts by preparing guides, FAQs, or micro-trainingsPerform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assignedSkillsPrior experience working in a multi-client environment is requiredBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related fieldMinimum of 1-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Specialist, Consultant or Business Partner roles, preferably in a client-facing capacityProven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneouslyComprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levelsHighly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyPrior Payroll/Benefits processing experience a plusProfessional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plusBenefitsHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision, and life)Voluntary benefitsPet insuranceRetirement planPTOCompany OverviewHCM Unlocked provides payroll, HR implementation, technology optimization, payroll processing and PEO analysis services.
