We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and data-driven HR Manager to help us grow our team of 60+ contractor Engineers and Product Managers. As the primary point of contact for our multi-national, distributed team, you will take ownership of the complete contractor lifecycle and team development initiatives. This is a full-time contractor position with a long-term commitment, offering a competitive salary of 22-27 USD/h on a B2B contract.

About the Role: As an HR Manager at CouponFollow, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, managing talent pools, and maintaining compensation and benefits structures suitable for a distributed workforce. You will also design and deliver training programs focused on professional development, foster transparent communication across teams, and ensure social connection through engaging team-building events.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates
Support and train managers in evaluating candidates effectively
Manage the hiring process and maintain talent pools
Manage and execute comprehensive onboarding and offboarding programs
Contribute to long-term workforce planning
Maintain compensation and benefits structures suitable for a distributed workforce
Design and deliver training programs focused on professional development
Foster transparent communication across teams in remote locations
Ensure social connection through engaging different teams in team-building events

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles (particularly in IT remote-first environments)
Knowledge of international labor laws and contractor management
Proven recruiting experience, preferably in IT teams
Ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work across distributed teams, particularly in English (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Nice to Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
