[Remote] HR Executive / HR Systems Analyst

The role involves maintaining employee data, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring HR process compliance. Responsibilities Support HR operations using SAP HR / PeopleSoft HR / HRIS systems Maintain and update employee data in HR systems Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Support payroll, benefits, and time management activities Prepare basic HR reports and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for HR system support Ensure HR process compliance and data accuracy Skills Experience or exposure to SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any HR module Basic understanding of HR processes Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a team environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Company Overview About Us We’re more than Software Company with a creative side.
