Key Responsibilities:
Provide regular reporting and analytics to support HR functions, using tools such as Excel and Workday
Develop and implement methods for identifying data patterns and trends, and offer project support on various HR initiatives
Support reporting needs across all HR functions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and advising on potential reporting solutions
Consult with HR stakeholders to identify recommendations and feedback for HR policies and initiatives, using data-driven insights
Meet with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field
1+ year of experience collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting simple and advanced analyses, with expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table, and HRIS data and systems, including Workday
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
