• Location: Remote – Must reside within 25 miles or a 45-minute commute of Nashville, TN 37214

Key Details
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST (through October 31, 2025)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST (final shift assigned before training ends)
What You'll Do
• Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees
• Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Apply and explain policies, track and follow up on transactions
• Escalate recurring issues to Technical Analysts and Team Managers
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all data privacy regulations
• Remain flexible during high-volume periods and complete all required training
What You Bring
• high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of call center or benefits-related experience
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Reliable, quiet home workspace that passes inspection
• Commitment to full attendance during training
• Bilingual skills are a plus
Technical Requirements
• Internet speed: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / Ping ≤ 175
• Must be hardwired to a router (Wi-Fi, 5G, or hotspots not permitted)
• Speed test screenshot from Google Fiber Speed Test required
• Visual inspection of workspace prior to start
