Job Description:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR functions, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. As a Remote HR Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination and Support: Conduct interviews with potential Respite Companions, maintain interview records and feedback, and provide timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Hiring and Onboarding: Run background checks, support the hiring process, prepare offer letters and new hire documentation, and facilitate new employee onboarding.
Payroll Administration: Assist in payroll preparation and processing, ensure accurate and timely collection of employee timesheets, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
HR Administrative Support: Maintain employee records, provide administrative support, and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company-wide events.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR
Familiarity with HR functions, including interviewing and hiring
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High level of professionalism and integrity
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Positive and approachable demeanor with strong customer service orientation
